Cooking Instructions
1.Rinse pork tongue thoroughly.
2.Boil in water for 10 minutes, drain and rinse.
3.Add fresh water, onion, garlic, ginger, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.
4.Simmer on low heat for 2–2½ hours until tender.
5.Peel off outer skin while warm.
6.Slice and pan-sear, stew, or grill as desired.
