Description
Ingredients:
Pork liver, onion, garlic, cooking oil, salt, black pepper (paprika optional)
Method:
1.Slice pork liver thinly.
2.Sauté onion in oil until soft, add garlic.
3.Add liver, season, and cook for 5–7 minutes until just done.
Serve with: ugali, rice, chapati, or vegetables.
Tip: Do not overcook—liver cooks fast and stays tender when lightly done.
